What is your refund policy?

We have a 14-day return policy for in-store purchases. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when you received them - unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase to initiate the return process. All returns are at the buyer's expense.

Are there any products that cannot be returned?

Yes, some products cannot be returned:

  • Custom bikes,

  • bike care products,

  • discounted items.
    If you have questions about a specific product, please contact us for clarification.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you whether your return has been approved. If your return is approved, your purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process your refund.

What should I do if my product is damaged or has a defect?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please inspect your order carefully within 48 hours of receipt, take clear photos of the damaged or defective product, and contact us immediately. We will assess the problem and try to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Do you allow product exchanges?

The fastest way to get a replacement product is to return the original product (unused and undamaged). Once the return has been accepted, inspected and processed, you can make a new purchase for the desired product.

For bicycles, we currently only offer in-store pickup. For accessories, the delivery time is:
