What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day on store purchase return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase to initiate a return.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, certain items cannot be returned:
Custom made bicycles, bicycle care goods, sale items. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us for clarification.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
What should I do if my item is defective or damaged?
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please inspect your order upon reception make exact photos of damaged and defective items and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Do you offer exchanges for products?
The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item non used and non damaged and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Delivery time ?
For bicycles we only offer in store pickups for now but for acessories in Slovenija 2-3 days and in europe 7-14 days.
